WATER BAPTISM

You have decided to follow Jesus! 

At Miracle Temple Ministries, water baptism is a sacred act of obedience and devotion, marking a believer’s response to Christ’s call to follow Him. It reflects our obedience to the Great Commission, follows the example set by Jesus Himself, and aligns us with the practice of the early Church. Through baptism, we publicly identify with Christ, declaring that our old life has been crucified and that we now live a new life in Him. It is a powerful, outward testimony of an inward transformation—affirming that we belong to the body of Christ and are committed to walk in the newness of life God has given us.

Water Baptism does not save you - however it is a beautiful and meaningful declaration of your faith in Jesus Christ. It symbolizes a new life in Christ and your commitment to follow Him wholeheartedly.

What Is Water Baptism?

Water Baptism is an outward expression of an inward transformation. It represents dying to the old life and rising to walk in newness of life through Jesus Christ.

Who?

Who Can Be Baptized?

  • Individuals who have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior

  • Those who understand the meaning of baptism and desire to follow Christ

Expectations

Membership Expectations

Those requesting membership are asked to:

  • Confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior

  • Live according to biblical principles

  • Support the vision and leadership of the church

  • Faithfully attend worship services

  • Serve and give as the Lord leads

  1. Complete the Baptism Request Form

  2. Attend Baptismal class or orientation (if required)

  3. Meet briefly with church leadership

  4. Receive confirmation for baptism date​
