Bishop. Dr. Thomas Parillon is the founder and senior Pastor of Doxa Pentecostal Tabernacle in the Town of Ajax Ontario, Canada; a spirit-filled, prayer driven, vibrant Bible-believing church that ministers healing, deliverance and restoration to a world in chaos and spiritual decline.
Rev. Parillon was born and raised in the Caribbean Island of Dominica. He was active in service as chairman of the village Committee, president of the UWP political party youth executive and president of the Pentecostal youth ministry, a national ministry that encourages spiritual renewal.
Bishop. Parillon pursued an education in Canada, receiving an Associate Degree, Marketing Administration from Seneca College in Toronto, and a certificate in Agriculture Leofoo University in Taiwan. Shortly thereafter he returned to his home land and earned great respect as he began preaching the gospel of Christ throughout various towns. Over the next few years he earned various accreditations in ministry; Diploma of Theology at The West Indies School of Theology, in Trinidad & Tobago; Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Christian Studies through the Sure Foundation seminary, and Doctorate in Theology through the Newburgh Trinity College, Indiana. In 2016, Dr. Parillon was consecrated to the office as a Bishop.
Bishop. Parillon’s anointed messages cater to people of all ages. His vision and mission is to empower and equip believers with a passion and purpose that will change their lives with God’s comprehensive word. He has a passion for lost souls and has spearheaded a homeless outreach program which has been in operation since 2003.
Dr. Parillon, is married to Jackie, his wife and ministry partner. They are the proud parents of one daughter, Bethany
